I found these little sticks last year for my mom and then I fell in January, fractured my ankle and had to have surgery. Not fun! From inflammation to pain these sticks pack a punch, zero fillers and all power! My 77 year old mom, my 78 year old step mom, her 81 year old sister and I all use these now, lol! My mom has one in her purse, next to her bed and next to her crochet chair. I don’t know how they do what they do but they are amazing.
