I have known Debbie for many years but this was the first time I got to see her in action. My son needed a house and she found one for him within a week. It was a brand new one and not what I even thought of was an option. I was included in what was going on with his permission of course which was not necessary as he is 32 years old, but much appreciated that she would go the extra mile and pull double duty to keep me in the loop. She was hands on with every area of concern. She negotiated the best deal and handled every concern. She was very efficient and concerned for the happiness of all involved. And she kept mother and son both very happy with her level of communication, care and privacy. She truly is a hands-on real estate expert!
